In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean The Wellness Woods.
Our products
We sell herbal products: seeds, powders, dried leaves and petals, and herbal capsules.
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colour, texture and packaging can vary slightly from the photos because the products are natural.
Our products are herbal supplements and food products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to your doctor before using any herbal product.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
We can change a price at any time. A change does not affect an order you have already paid for.
If a product was listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and take payment.
You are responsible for giving a correct name, delivery address and phone number.
We may be unable to accommodate a cancellation request after an order has been accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment. If we do, we refund the full amount you paid.
Payment
Orders are prepaid. We accept debit and credit cards, JazzCash and Raast.
Payments are processed through Bank Alfalah's Alfa Payment Gateway over a 3D Secure connection. We do not see or store your card number.
We do not offer cash on delivery.
All transactions are charged in PKR.
Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan only.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by events outside our control, but we will help you trace your order.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
These are covered by our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store and use your personal information.
Using this website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The text, photographs, logo and designs on this website belong to The Wellness Woods and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Our liability
We are responsible for supplying the product you ordered in good condition. If we fail to do that, our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy sets out what we will do.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any result of using a product against the directions on its label, or against the advice of your doctor.
Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on the website on the day you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
