Recipe ideas

• Soak overnight, then spoon the jelly into rose sharbat or milk
• Add to falooda and summer desserts
• Mix into lemon water with a little honey

How to use

Always soak fully in water until soft and jelly-like before use — never swallow dry. A little goes a long way: 1 teaspoon of crystals makes a full glass of jelly.

What’s in it: 100% pure gum tragacanth (Astragalus gummifer). No additives.
